In my younger years while playing my role as a wife , mother, medical doctor and entrepreneur, I was not proactive about taking care of my health and managing stress; which is an inevitable part of living.

As a result, I started suffering from the negative effects of stress. I had depression, anxiety, panic attacks and indigestion-all signs of bad and ugly stress.

 

In the conventional medical world, most stress conditions are managed with medication. However there are lifestyle related skills that an individual can acquire to be able to cope and manage the stresses of life so as to avoid detrimental effects on their health as well as the long term effects of medication.
