My Motivation for Adopting the Growth Mindset and Living the Integrative Lifestyle.
I transitioned from a low-energy, depressed, and anxious woman to a God-centered, high-energy, happy, healthy, and impactful woman at over 71. Growth Mindset and Integrative Lifestyle transformed my life, and I believe they can resolve many societal, health, relationship, marriage, leadership, and poverty challenges in our society.
I am a conventional medical doctor passionate about Growth Mindset and Integrative Lifestyle. My journey began in a family with strong values, which laid the foundation for my personal and professional success. Despite juggling multiple roles as a wife, mother, and businesswoman, I neglected my health until I discovered the power of an integrative approach to wellness. By changing my diet, mindset, and spiritual practices, I achieved vibrant health and renewed my youth.
